Overnight viewing figures for Matt Smiths Fourth story, The Time of Angels show that the story achieved a Rating of 6.8m viewers ( inc HD ) with a 36.7% audience share.

The programme came in second for the night with Britain’s got talent coming in first.

Full figures including those who recorded it and watched it within 7 days will be available form BARB in a couple of weeks time.

The official BARB website revealed that Matt Smiths Debut story, The Eleventh Hour achieved a huge Final Rating of 10.08 million viewers ( including Hd ).

Final figures for The Beast below show that it was watched by 7.928 million viewers on BBC1 and 0.494 million viewers on the BBC HD channel.
