Science Sets 'Trek Nation' Premiere Date For November 30

The documentary, narrated and produced by Eugene W. Roddenberry Jr.,  is set to debut on November 30. The eight-year mission took Roddenberry all over the world, talking to the fans, and the people who had amazing insight into the life of the "Star Trek" creator.

Among those who talk to Rod about his father and the phenomenon he created are George Lucas, J.J. Abrams, and more.

The documentary is expected to contain footage from the eight years of shooting, including interviews with a plethora of who's who in science-fiction, as well as Star Trek's famous fan base.

Science has not set a time for the documentary to air, but the premiere will take place right after November Sweeps end.
