The Waters of Mars Wins an Award




The Waters of Mars has won the 2010 Hugo Award for Best Dramatic presentation, Short Form.

The adventure was written by Russell T Davies and Phil Ford, directed by Graeme Harper and starred David Tennant as the Tenth Doctor, joined by Lindsay Duncan as Adelaide.

The 'Hugos', as they're often called, are awards for excellence in the field of science fiction and fantasy. Doctor Who has proven successful at the Hugos since 2005 with The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances, The Girl in the Fireplace and Blink all lifting awards.
